Thank you for being here. As a yoga, wellness, and business professional, I am dedicated to helping you lead a more balanced and fulfilling life by integrating the principles of yoga and mindfulness.

Throughout my personal wellness journey, yoga has been a profound source of inspiration and empowerment. While navigating the demands of a full-time legal job, my daily yoga practice has equipped me with invaluable tools for managing stress, living intentionally, and fostering a deeper connection with my body, mind, and spirit. Now, I am honored to share these teachings with you.

Based in Washington, DC, my approach to teaching is rooted in compassion and authenticity. I believe that yoga and mindfulness are for everyone, regardless of experience level or physical ability. My classes and retreats are designed to be accessible and nurturing, providing a supportive environment where students can explore their practice with curiosity.
